Rental Contract
Our rental offerings are designed to be both seamless and thoughtfully curated. The following terms ensure clarity, care, and a shared understanding as we prepare for your event.
This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Rosy Posy (“Company”) and the Client associated with the submitted rental inquiry and confirmed invoice (“Client”).
1. Event & Client Information
All event details, including Client information, event date, and location, are as provided in the submitted inquiry and confirmed by The Rosy Posy. These details are incorporated herein in full.
2. Rental Selections
The Client agrees to rent the items outlined in the submitted inquiry and corresponding invoice (the “Rental Items”). Final selections, quantities, and availability will be confirmed in writing. Rental inquiries do not guarantee availability. All requests are carefully reviewed and confirmed within 48 hours of submission.
3. Rental Period
Rental Items are reserved for the confirmed event date and rental window as outlined in the final invoice. All items must be returned within the agreed timeframe.
4. Payment
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure all Rental Items. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Reservations are not considered confirmed until both confirmation and payment have been completed.
5. Care & Use
Rental Items are to be handled with care and used as intended.
The following are not permitted unless approved in writing:
Open flame or wax directly on items
Adhesives, tape, or materials that may damage finishes
Exposure to adverse weather without proper protection
The Client assumes full responsibility for all items from the time of delivery or pickup through return.
6. Damage or Loss
The Client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed as needed and are final.
7. Condition & Cleaning
Items must be returned in their original condition, free of excessive residue or debris. Additional cleaning fees may be applied where necessary.
8. Late Returns
Items not returned within the agreed timeframe will incur a late fee of 10% of total rental fee per day.
9. Cancellations
All retainers are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in additional charges, up to the full rental amount, as items are reserved exclusively for each Client.
10. Liability
The Rosy Posy is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of Rental Items.
